This core intensive class concentrates on breath, mind-body connection and alignment as you perform traditional Pilates exercises on a sliding carriage using small props. Great for anyone seeking a restorative workout, looking to prevent injuries, build muscle and gain flexibility.

Triple Threat Reformer

1/3 Jumpboard, 1/3 Bootcamp and 1/3 Intermediate skills, this fast-paced 50 minute class will be sure to challenge your mind and body, all while elevating your heart rate, setting your core on fire and increasing your strength and flexibility. Renegade (Bootcamp) Reformer 

THIS CLASS IS NOT PILATES. This Pilates inspired class takes your workout to the next level. By focusing on super slow moves with quick transitions, our low impact bootcamp style class will make you sweat, improve your balance, increase flexibility and light your core on fire as you challenge every muscle in your body while elevating your heart rate. Guaranteed to sculpt your body fast.

Great for all levels including beginners!

Begin your Pilates journey or refine your existing practice w Renegade Foundations Reformer The class kicks off with a 10-minute instructor-led meditation, fostering a mindful connection to prepare you for the work ahead.

This class stands out with its emphasis on stretching and mobility, making it a gentler yet effective choice compared to our Traditional Reformer classes. The movements are broken down to basics, promoting a deeper understanding and practice of essential Pilates principles such as breathing and body alignment.

With a focus on breathing, mind-body connection, mobility, and stretching, Renegade Foundations Reformer is designed to build a solid foundation for your Pilates practice while enhancing flexibility and overall body awareness.
